Return policy
According to the legislation in force O.U.G. 34/2014, the purchase waiver is only applicable to individual customers. According to GEO 34/2014, the period for renouncing a service/product expires within 14 days from the date on which the buyer takes physical possession of the purchased good.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the supplier (SZIGETI NIMROD SZILAMÉR PFA) using the return form.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, as far as possible in the original packaging with all accessories, with all the product labels and documents that accompanied it.
If products are returned in a condition in which they can no longer be sold as new, SZIGETI NIMROD SZILAMÉR PFA (RenArt Cutters) reserves the right to request a reduction in the value of the product to restore it to its original condition (if possible) or to cover the difference in price resulting from the sale of the products as second-hand or, at the customer’s option, we will re-ship the products at the customer’s expense.
We will bear the costs of the return and refund the value of the product within 14 working days of receipt of proof that the product has been returned, as follows:
– for orders paid by credit/debit card or by bank transfer to a bank account whose details will be provided by the customer.
Return or refund applies when the product is:
– Defective (proof is required)
– Not the product ordered (proof is required)
– The package was opened before it arrived (proof is required)
Products that have been altered (size, height of edges) or custom orders are not covered by the return policy as we cannot offer a full guarantee. These products can be returned if:
– The package has been opened
– The cutters were broken during transport
For these reasons, orders cannot be returned:
– The size you have chosen is not correct
– You can’t use the clay cutter easily
– After modifying sizes or edges the cutter has broken
– The shape doesn’t leave an imprint on what you want
– The shape does not have the color on what you want
– You can’t easily clean the shape
Warning! After filling in the form, your request will be evaluated 1-3 days after which SZIGETI NIMROD SZILAMÉR PFA (RenArt Cutters) will notify you by e-mail.
