Criteria for custom ordering

Regarding custom orders, it is important to inform you that the return policy does not apply, so it is not possible to return custom orders and we cannot take responsibility for the perfect functioning of the forms we create, as the forms sold on the site have been tested before being uploaded so that we can ensure proper use. There are forms that require more experience to use.

Coupons and discounts do not apply to custom orders!

The criteria for a custom order are as follows:

– Prices for 3D shape design:

• Resizing or modifying cutters – 0,99 EUR/pcs
• Designing a complex shape based on a drawing 1,99 EUR/pcs
• Designing a stamp based on a drawing or photo 1,99 EUR/pcs

– Prices for 3D printing of 3D designed shapes are:

• Simple shape printing until 6,99 cm – 2,49 EUR/pcs
• Simple shape printing from 7 cm – 3,49 EUR/pcs
• Simple shape printing until 6,99 cm, mirrored (2x cutter) – 3,99 EUR/pair
• Simple shape printing from7 cm, mirrored (2x cutter) – 4,59 EUR/pair
• Shape printing with inner cutter until 6,99 cm – 2,99 EUR/pcs
• Printing shape with inner cutter from7 cm – 3,79 EUR/pcs
• Shape printing with inner cutter until 6,99 cm, mirrored (2x cutter) – 3,99 EUR/pair
• Printing shape with inner cutter from7 cm, mirrored (2x cutter) – 4,59 EUR/pair

– Cutters are composed of three layers:

• First layer: 3 mm high and 3 mm thick
• Second layer: 4 mm high and 1.2 mm thick
• Third layer: 3 mm high and 0.4 mm thick

– The cutters can also be used by children, but we do not take responsibility for them, because they are cutting tools, they can be dangerous! Parental supervision is recommended!
– The cutters are made of PLA material, which is a type of degradable plastic
– Wipe with a damp cloth or soapy water (use of a toothbrush is recommended)
– Under no circumstances should you put them in the dishwasher as they will spoil!
– In general, cutters are not allowed to be exposed to high temperatures or to stay in water for a long time.
– Hand wash only
– Items created within custom orders can be used at any time by RenArt Cutters (SZIGETI NIMROD SZILAMÉR PFA) for further sales on the website.
– After approving custom orders, site administrators will manually create an order with the customer’s details, which they provide in the form below

– This is how the created order can be payed:

• Credit/debit card: the customer will receive a link by e-mail, which can be used to pay for the order, after which the order will be processed.

It is necessary to send a photographed sample and size via this form. Please draw this on a piece of paper and then indicate the measurements next to it, as shown in the attached figure.

After receiving your email, we will reply within 1-3 days and let you know if it is possible to create the request or not, also how much it will cost and whether it falls under the free shipping category or not. Further communication takes place by e-mail.
